Liberty for Liberty Event Rules:

 

- Horses must consent to participation; challenge without threat!
   - The horse is allowed to say no.
   - The horse is free to leave the session at any time.
   - The horse has access to other food, and doesn't feel pressured to work with you because they are hungry.
   - No punishment allowed (real or perceived threats or actions of violence). 
- Horses must be free to self-organize their movement.
   - No preventing the horse from showing specific movements (with the exception of hollowing the back when being ridden). 
   - No microshaping the horse into a movement (ie, using seat, and leg, and rein, and targets, and... to shape the horse into a straight walk). 
   - No restraining gadgets such as draw reins are permitted.
- Participants and spectators must behave respectfully to others.
- Videos must meet all requirements.

- Video must not be longer than 5 minutes.
- Video must be recorded on a single day.
- Video does not include a voiceover.
- Video includes COPYRIGHT FREE and ROYALTY FREE music ONLY.
- Video is uploaded to Youtube with the viewing permission set to 'Unlisted.'
- Video must be owned by the participant who submitted it.

 

​The host reserves the right to, at any time, remove participants or spectators from the showcase, at the sole discretion of the host. All donations are processed through the organization they are supporting, and no refunds are available through the host.
